Dr Neil Leigh-Collyer

An experienced General Practitioner in both NHS and private practice and an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner and Associate Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM), Dr Neil Leigh-Collyer is very excited to launch this new and innovative service in the grounds of the home he shares with his wife, Pauline, also practising at the Clinic. The Old Rectory Clinic is a bespoke setting in the grounds of their old Georgian house in the Essex countryside. As well as being the senior partner in a large NHS practice, Neil has been practising aesthetic medicine for decades with regular ongoing training in the latest and most progressive therapies, most recently at the highly prestigious British Aesthetic Academy (BAA).
His focus is on providing an accessible private GP service for those clients who would benefit from prompt advice and treatment with the assurance of rigorous medical standards, comprehensive assessment and continuity of care. He is known for his calm, meticulous and ethical approach with the ability to listen, explain and treat with clarity, warmth and clinical precision.
Alongside this, Neil is highly trained in modern regenerative science, specialising in natural results through collagen-stimulating techniques, subtle facial rejuvenation, precision muscle-relaxing treatments, advanced dermal enhancements and medical-grade skin therapies. Every treatment plan is bespoke and based on a deep understanding of facial anatomy, ageing pathways and patient safety.
At The Old Rectory Clinic, Neil oversees all treatments personally, ensuring a genuine doctor-led service in elegant surroundings where discretion, clinical excellence and patient trust remain at the centre of care. Combining a lifelong career in General Practice with advanced expertise in modern regenerative aesthetic medicine, his passion is helping patients feel confident, refreshed and authentically themselves, without obvious or artificial change.
Pauline Leigh-Collyer

Pauline has spent a lifetime in healthcare in both the NHS and the private sector. An advanced practitioner during her career in acute accident and emergency care, she has worked and managed hospitals in the private sector and provided best practice and healthcare safety advice nationally on behalf of the Department of Health.
It has been both Pauline and Neil’s ambition to combine all their experience and advanced skills to deliver a bespoke medical and regenerative aesthetic service to the local community in Essex. Pauline has extensive training in skin care and aesthetic treatments over many years, right up to the most modern and scientific therapies currently available.
The ultimate goal for Pauline will be to provide the best holistic care for clients seeking either general medical care or progressive regenerative treatments to help them live their best lives at whatever age. She believes that The Old Rectory Clinic will provide the right combination of professional, high-end therapies with the warmth and empathy of a couple who have lived and breathed clinical excellence and safety for decades.
