Appointments & Deposits
We’re so pleased you’ve chosen The Old Rectory Clinic. To help your visit run smoothly and to respect everyone’s time, we’ve outlined a few gentle guidelines below.
Booking Your Appointment
All appointments are booked in advance.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your initial appointment.
Once your deposit has been received, your appointment will be confirmed.
Your Deposit
- Your £50 deposit will be deducted from the cost of any consultation or treatment that is confirmed.
If you decide not to attend the consultation or treatment, the deposit simply covers some of the time set aside for your visit.
Deposits are non-transferable.
Changes & Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
With sufficient notice, your deposit can be moved to a future appointment.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the deposit being retained.
Arriving Late
Please do your best to arrive on time so we can give you the full, unhurried experience you deserve.
If you arrive late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment, and in some cases the deposit may be retained.
Consultations & Treatment
Your safety and wellbeing are always our priority.
All treatments are subject to consultation, and occasionally we may recommend delaying or not proceeding with treatment. In these instances, the deposit covers the consultation time.
